Loci Residences is a completed residential project developed by Lootah Real Estate Development, located in Al Barsha South Fourth, Dubai. The building consists of 6 storeys and features a total of 114 units, which include studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom configurations. Construction of the project began in January 2018, and it was completed in March 2023, designed by the architectural firm Arif & Bintoak.
