Harbour Views

Harbour Views is a residential project developed by The Lagoons Phase One, located in Al Khairan First, Dubai. This completed development features two storeys and a total of 750 units, including 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom apartments, and penthouses. Construction began in June 2016 and was completed in November 2020, with architectural design by WS Atkins & Partners.

The project offers a range of amenities, including a children’s play area, a multi-purpose hall, a state-of-the-art gymnasium, and a swimming pool. Harbour Views is situated in a developing area of Dubai, providing residents with access to various local facilities and services.
