Gemz By Danube is a residential development located in Jabal Ali First, Dubai, completed in March 2025. The building consists of 16 storeys and features a total of 270 units, which include studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. The project was developed by Danube Properties Development, with architectural design by Arec Engineering Consult, and construction commenced in November 2022.

The development offers a range of amenities designed for residents, including barbecue facilities, a beauty salon, car parking, and various recreational options such as a cricket pitch and outdoor cinema.
