Berkeley Place

Berkeley Place is a residential building developed by Ellington Properties Development, located in Al Merkadh, Dubai. The project consists of 15 storeys and a total of 127 units, including studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom configurations. Construction began in June 2022, and the building was completed in November 2024.

Berkeley Place offers a range of amenities, including a Baja shelf, barbecue facilities, bicycle storage, cabanas, changing rooms, a coffee station, a garden, a gymnasium, an infinity pool, an outdoor games area, an outdoor gym, and a fitness station.
