Belgravia Square is a residential development located in Al Barsha South Fourth, Dubai, completed in November 2023. Developed by Ellington Properties Development, the building consists of 5 storeys and offers a total of 225 units, featuring studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom layouts. Construction began in May 2018, with design by LACASA Architects & Engineering Consultants.

The project includes various amenities such as an attractive lobby space, changing rooms, a children’s pool, a fitness centre, a garden, a kids’ play area, a playroom, a residents-only clubhouse, and a shared swimming pool.
