Belgravia Heights II is a residential development located in Al Barsha South Fourth, Dubai, developed by Ellington Properties Development. The building consists of 19 storeys and features a total of 143 units, which include studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. Construction began in November 2017, and the project was completed in September 2024, with architectural design by Federal Engineering Consultants.
