Bayswater

Bayswater is a 29-storey residential building developed by Omniyat Properties Development Corporation, located in Business Bay, Dubai. Construction of the project began in February 2007, and it was completed in May 2010. The architectural design was executed by Dubarch.

The building features a mix of residential units and includes amenities such as a health club, a waterfront retail arcade, 24-hour security, high-speed elevators, and car parking facilities.
