Cayan Tower

Cayan Tower is a residential skyscraper located in Marsa Dubai, developed by Cayan Real Estate Investment & Development. The building features 73 storeys and offers a variety of unit types, including studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, four-bedroom, penthouse, and duplex options. Construction began in May 2006 and the project was completed in May 2013, designed by the architectural firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill.

As a completed project, Cayan Tower provides a range of amenities such as an outdoor infinity pool, a whirlpool, a children’s play area, a fully equipped gymnasium, a world-class spa, massage rooms, and a nursery. The tower is situated in a prominent area of Dubai, contributing to the diverse residential landscape of the city.
