Creek Waters 2 is a residential project located in Al Khairan First, Dubai, developed by The Lagoons Phase One. The building will consist of 52 storeys and offers a mix of unit types including 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom, 4 bedroom, penthouses, and villas. Construction for the project commenced in August 2023 and it is currently under construction.
