Samana Hills is a residential development located in Al Barshaa South Third, Dubai, completed in June 2022. Developed by Samana International Real Estate Development, the building features six storeys and comprises a total of 205 units, offering a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. The architectural design is provided by Arec Engineering Consult.

Construction of Samana Hills commenced in June 2019, and it includes various amenities such as a children’s pool, coffee shop, gymnasium, infinity pool, and kids’ play area for residents. The project is designed to cater to a diverse range of living needs within the community.
