Burj Crown

Burj Crown is a residential project developed by Emaar Development, located in the Burj Khalifa area of Dubai. The building consists of 44 storeys and offers a total of 440 units, featuring a mix of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom apartments. Construction commenced in May 2020, and the project was completed in August 2023, with architectural design by Dubai Consultants and LWK + Partners.

As a completed development, Burj Crown provides various amenities including a barbecue area, children’s pool, kids’ play area, leisure deck, multi-purpose room, and swimming pool. Its central location in Dubai places it in proximity to key attractions and facilities in the city.
