Celia Residence

Celia Residence is a residential building developed by Abou Eid Real Estate Development, located in Al Hebiah Second, Dubai. The project features a total of 111 units spread across five storeys, offering a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. Construction began in September 2022, and the building was completed in September 2024.

The architectural design of Celia Residence was carried out by Ridge Engineering Consultants. The development includes various amenities such as barbecue facilities, a daycare centre, a health club, a kids’ play area, an outdoor cinema, an outdoor gymnasium, a seating deck, smart home technologies, and a swimming pool.
